Art Nouveau: Course description from the instructor, Kathleen Key:
Art Nouveau was a movement that encompassed architecture, painting, sculpture, decorative arts, furniture, jewelry, fashion, textiles, graphic arts, advertising, photography and more! Art Nouveau as a movement was brief in years—1890- 1910. Art Nouveau was also an international movement– not only Europe and the US –but a movement that reached all of the continents! Join us for this study of an incredibly rich period in the history of art!
This series will be taught online via Zoom. Registration on the DAAC website is necessary to receive a Zoom invitation for the series.

Kathleen Key: This series is taught by art historian and world traveler Kathleen Key. In addition to teaching many art history seminars at the Doña Ana Arts and Cultural Center, Kathleen is a professor of art history at the University of Texas at El Paso and the Olli Continuing Education Program at UTEP.
